PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The challenge – As Research and Development plays a pivotal role in introducing new products, a robust R&D function is vital for most industries. Therefore, how can R&D teams strengthen their internal capabilities and improve their skills to conduct all necessary activities required to deliver new solutions to existing and new customers rapidly and reliably?
The solution is to engage teams in a transformative Lean thinking path to address inefficiencies and waste in current processes, including using AI to accelerate specific activities. Combining this with building an effective way to collaborate within and with other teams allows R&D to conduct testing and prototyping, share knowledge, and achieve expected outcomes to deliver final products. The ultimate measure of success lies in the team’s collective performance and an energized R&D team.
