    We are Productivity.
We help organizations build new capabilities, improve, and grow.

For almost forty years, we have partnered with industrial and service companies around the world to develop their ability to stay in motion™.

We have a long history of providing consulting and training services to Global 1000 corporations, but also large and medium size companies. We support them in their Operational Excellence, Innovation and Leadership Development strategies. We were the pioneers in implementing Lean and TPM methodologies in the industry in the late 1970s. Since then, we have extended these methodologies to a wide range of sectors: Banking, Insurance, but also many service activities.

Our company has nearly 40 years’ experience
