En utilisant la méthode DMAIC (définir, mesurer, analyser, améliorer, contrôler), vous apprendrez à découvrir des variables de processus significatives et à déterminer comment l’identification et le contrôle des variations ajoutent de la valeur aux clients.

Vous expérimenterez une application pratique de Six Sigma et comment elle s’intègre dans un programme de transformation Lean.
